Abstract

The methodological recommendations present the scientific and methodological foundations for developing the professional digital competence of vocational education teachers in the context of the digital transformation of the educational environment. The conceptual principles underlying the functioning of the Smart EcoSystem digital ecosystem as an integrated professional and educational environment for the continuous professional development of teaching staff are outlined. The author's structural and functional system for developing professional digital competence is substantiated, and its scientific and methodological foundations, content components, functioning mechanisms, and organizational and pedagogical conditions for implementation are defined. The publication describes the architecture of the digital ecosystem, digital tools for professional interaction, analytical mechanisms for monitoring professional growth, methodological approaches to creating digital educational content, and practical recommendations for integrating digital technologies into the professional activities of vocational education teachers. The publication is intended for academic and teaching staff, vocational education teachers, heads of educational institutions, specialists in the professional development of teaching staff, postgraduate and doctoral students, and researchers in the fields of digital pedagogy and the digital transformation of vocational education.
