Abstract

The "Regulation on the Guarantor, the Working (Project) Group, and the Staffing Group for the Educational-Professional Program at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education" defines the organizational framework for their activities within the internal quality assurance system for higher education. The document governs the formation, status, tasks, functions, rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Educational-Professional Program Guarantor, the working (project) group, and the staffing group; it also outlines the specifics of their interaction during the development, implementation, monitoring, periodic review, and enhancement of educational-professional programs at the second (master’s) level of higher education. The Regulation establishes a division of responsibilities among these entities: the Guarantor coordinates the processes of quality assurance and program development; the working group participates in the program's development, monitoring, review, and enhancement; and the staffing group ensures the personnel capacity required to implement the program and verifies that the staff composition meets established requirements. The document defines mechanisms for interaction with higher education students, academic staff, alumni, employers, and other stakeholders; for incorporating the results of quality monitoring, surveys, and stakeholder proposals; and for preparing for internal and external quality assurance procedures, particularly the accreditation of the educational-professional program. The Regulation aims to ensure a systematic, transparent, student-centered, and evidence-based approach to the quality management and continuous improvement of educational-professional programs.
