Abstract

Digital transformation, covering more and more spheres of society, poses the task of possibilities and ways of its use, including in the strategic process. Solving such a task will allow monitoring the current situation, analyzing and summarizing the information received, developing options for formalized methods, comparing them and evaluating them based on a given algorithm. All these actions can be carried out using artificial intelligence. The authors substantiate the system of development of an industrial enterprise in the strategic process with the possibility of introducing artificial intelligence into its production activities as one of the tools of digital transformation (AI) and identifying limitations in the use of AI. A comprehensive analysis was conducted at different stages of the strategic process and an attempt was made to determine the role of artificial intelligence in each of them.
