Abstract

This study analyzes a three-level model of digital collections in educational libraries, spanning from the global strategies of the World Digital Library to the regional practices of Europeana and the national experience of the Electronic Library "Ukrainika." The paper highlights the role of digital hubs as a strategic resource for Ukraine's national resilience amidst wartime and energy challenges. Furthermore, it justifies the necessity of technological modernization for domestic repositories to ensure their full integration into the global socio communicative space.
