Abstract

A schedule and thematic plan is presented for the integrated literature course for 10th-grade classes at the advanced level, based on a workload of 2.5 hours per week. The plan was developed in accordance with the curriculum for the integrated literature course for 10th-grade advanced-level classes (headed by T. O. Yatsenko). It specifies the optimal allocation of hours for the close study of texts, extracurricular reading, the study of regional literature, and lessons dedicated to language development, expressive reading, and the consolidation and systematization of the material learned. Key literary theory concepts to be understood during the analysis of literary works are also indicated. Works from various art forms are recommended for a holistic understanding of the educational topics.
