Abstract

The article analyzes the importance of the culture of using educational quality monitoring data in teacher professional development. It emphasizes the role of developing skills in analyzing and interpreting monitoring results (data literacy) as a key teacher competence that ensures effective decision-making, improvement of teaching, and integration of research outcomes into practice. International practices of mentoring and coaching are considered, as well as the challenges of developing data-related skills in Ukrainian educational institutions within the context of digitalization, which require continuous enhancement of data use competencies.
