Abstract

The methodological guide presents the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of professional digital competence of teachers in vocational education institutions in the context of the digital transformation of education. It outlines the concept of the Smart EcoSystem digital ecosystem and presents the author's specialized course, a system of digital cases, a model of an AI agent for professional development, diagnostic tools, a digital portfolio, and methodological recommendations for organizing teachers' professional development in a digital educational environment. The guide includes methodological materials, algorithms for implementing the proposed approaches, examples of the practical application of digital tools, recommendations for designing and organizing teachers' professional development, as well as tools for diagnosing and self-assessing the level of professional digital competence. The publication is intended for teachers of vocational education institutions, methodologists, heads of educational institutions, academic and teaching staff, postgraduate and doctoral students, and researchers engaged in scientific, educational, methodological, and practical activities in the field of digital transformation of education.
