Abstract

This practical guide focuses on the development and implementation of a psychological technology for monitoring the effects of war-related stress among professionals in psycho-pedagogical fields. The publication presents a systematic overview of the monitoring content and procedures, grounded in a scientific-practical approach to utilizing the results. The theoretical sections outline the specifics of this approach, which enables the assessment of war-related stress levels among educators and psychologists based on indicators such as professional burnout, reactions to prolonged traumatic stress, and somatic complaints, as well as resource characteristics—resilience, self-efficacy, professional hardiness, coping strategies, and life satisfaction. The practical section details the structure of risk and resource characteristics, allowing for the tracking of changes over time and the identification of areas for targeted psychological support. The publication offers practical value to professionals in psychological support and prevention by providing tools for effective work amidst military conflict and fostering professional resilience.
