Abstract

The paper is dedicated to the study of the competencies of researchers that are necessary for scientific activity in the conditions of Open Science. It is noted that such competencies are not limited to knowledge of Open Access procedures, since Open Access to publications is only a means of publicizing the results of discoveries. The full implementation of the ideas of Open Science in the practices of HEIs and research institutions requires a whole range of transdisciplinary competencies - cognitive, communicative, digital, etc. - aimed, among other things, at the popularization of science.
