Abstract
This article examines technological solutions for monitoring the web resources of a scientific institution based on FAIR data in the field of educational sciences. The relevance of the study stems from the transition to an open science model, which requires researchers not only to publish results in the form of articles but also to ensure access to raw data in accordance with the four FAIR principles: Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability. At the same time, in the educational sciences, there is a gap between the universally recognized FAIR principles and the tools for their empirical monitoring, which led to the purpose of this article: to analyze and justify technological solutions for using FAIR data to monitor the web resources of a scientific institution, using the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraine as an example. Key technological solutions for ensuring FAIR data compliance have been identified and grouped. The role of modern digital infrastructure, in particular the Digital Library of the NAES of Ukraine, as a key tool for accumulating, systematizing, and integrating scientific research results into the global research space has been analyzed. The empirical basis of the study consists of web analytics data from Google Analytics 4, integrated into the website of the scientific Digital Library of the NAES of Ukraine for the period 2024–2025. This study examines the experience of the academic journal «Information Technologies and Learning Resources» in promoting open access standards and integrating digital systems into research practice. The authors emphasize that compliance with FAIR criteria increases the citation index of domestic scientists and contributes to better indexing of materials by international scientometric databases, such as Google Scholar and Crossref.
