Abstract

The relevance of scientific and methodological support of educational and scientific programs in special pedagogy and psychology, which act as normative documents and regulate the competence, qualification, organizational, educational and methodological requirements for the training of candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, through the corresponding list of components, has been studied. It has been established that the logical sequence and structure of the components of educational and scientific programs ensure thoughtful compliance with the requirements of the standards of the above-mentioned specialties, increase the practical orientation, and correspond to modern trends in the development of special pedagogy and psychology. It has been proven that one of such important components is "Logopsychology", which is aimed at ensuring the effective implementation of logodiagnostics and logocorrection in the professional and application of it in the own scientific activities of candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. The criteria for general assessment for various types of work, final control with an indication of the distribution of the appropriate number of points are given. The structure of independent works of candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy is described, and the evaluation criteria for each of them are given.
