Abstract
The article substantiates the need for monitoring the quality of socio-humanitarian training among higher education students amid large-scale digital transformation and ongoing hybrid threats to Ukraine's national security. The author proposes a structural-functional monitoring model built on principles of objectivity, depersonalization, and digital transparency, which evaluates a triad of criteria: cognitive stability, ideological stability, and socio-legal agency. It is demonstrated that implementing digital diagnostics and Big Data analysis transforms educational quality assessment from a routine administrative procedure into a strategic tool for shaping youth's cognitive immunity and strengthening national resilience.
