Abstract

The textbook highlights the scientific and theoretical foundations of organizational management as a type of social management, shows the features of the development of organizational management psychology in foreign and domestic psychology, substantiates the main tasks of educational management psychology, analyzes the trends of its development in Ukraine and abroad. Based on a system-structural analysis, the psychological features of educational organization management (content, structure, main components) are considered. The specifics of educational organization management compared to organization management in other social spheres (business, production, etc.) are revealed. The psychological characteristics of the subject and object of management in educational organizations and the patterns of their interaction are analyzed. The system for forming the psychological readiness of heads of educational organizations for management is presented. The role of practical psychology in the psychological support of educational organization management is shown. For students of higher educational institutions (bachelors, specialists, masters). In addition, the textbook can be used in the work of heads of educational institutions (principals of schools, gymnasiums, lyceums; employees of district (city) and regional departments (departments) of education), psychologists, teachers of universities and institutes of postgraduate education of pedagogical workers, scientists who study psychological problems of educational management.
