Abstract

The article analyzes practical models for implementing artificial intelligence and language technologies, using the examples of Iceland, Nordic countries, and Belgium. It highlights the importance of establishing specialized research and technology organizations that bridge the gap between fundamental research and the practical needs of industry and education. Key success factors identified include the implementation of grants for applied development, cooperation with global technology giants, and effective mechanisms for professional upskilling.
