Abstract

This article provides an overview of the results of a survey of parents and students as participants in the educational process. An analysis of the survey results revealed that parents expect improvements to the information and digital environment to be achieved through upgrades to hardware and software, internet access, communication, and feedback between all participants in the educational process. It is noted that students expect the upgrading of computer equipment, provision of internet access, changes in communication with teachers, and the use of gadgets, interactive digital tools, and electronic textbooks.
