Abstract
This paper identifies the strategic priorities for the inclusive transformation of school education in Ukraine in the context of European integration and wartime challenges. It examines the regulatory and legal framework of the reform, particularly the practical implementation of the National Strategy for the Development of Inclusive Education and its alignment with international standards of equality and digital accessibility. The key tasks for modernizing the sector are outlined, including the restructuring of teacher training, the enhancement of digital accessibility, and the development of decentralized support networks at the community level. The paper concludes that the systematic creation of a safe, barrier-free, and empathetic educational environment is not only a requirement for integration into the European Education Area but also a critical condition for post-war recovery and the preservation of the state’s human capital.
