Abstract
The relevance of this course is driven by the critical need to build cognitive resilience among participants in the educational process amidst hybrid aggression. During the period of martial law and future post-war recovery, a high level of digital culture for educators becomes a strategic tool for national security, ensuring the protection of the educational space from manipulative influences. The content of the program directly implements the objectives of the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine for the period up to 2030 (as amended by Cabinet of Ministers Order No. 294-r dated March 25, 2025, and Resolution No. 1796 dated December 31, 2025), where a transition to a qualitatively new digital learning ecosystem is defined as one of the key vectors. This is a fundamental condition for ensuring the quality of vocational education and increasing the international competitiveness of domestic specialists in the era of global digital transformation. The aim of the course is the systemic improvement of educators' digital and media information competence through the updating of knowledge on network ethics, the development of robust skills in creating high-quality original content, and the mastery of high-tech tools for data verification. This electronic course is designed for pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of professional development courses using various learning models (full-time, part-time, blended, and distance learning). The electronic course is designed for 6 hours, consisting of 2 hours of lectures and 4 hours of seminars.
