Abstract
The paper summarises the scientific and practical outcomes of the round table dedicated to the conceptualisation and assessment of the psychological competence of the population under prolonged war-related stress. The event integrated interdisciplinary approaches to analysing the factors, mechanisms, and applied practices involved in shaping social resilience, alongside the cognitive and digital security of citizens in the face of information aggression. The participants discussed integral models of adaptation, neurobiological factors underlying the resilience of educators, historical and cultural resources of Ukrainian endurance, as well as practical experience in implementing information detox programmes for vulnerable populations. The discussions and formulated conclusions demonstrated a high level of inter-institutional interaction and laid the groundwork for developing specialized psychoeducational programmes and a terminological dictionary of psychological competences.
