Abstract

The article considers individual methodological approaches to the training of teachers in the field of adult education, which are becoming particularly relevant in the context of the transformation of postgraduate education and the growing need for continuous professional development. The author considers competency-based, acmeological, andragogical and integrative approaches to the training of pedagogical personnel in the field of adult education of postgraduate pedagogical education, which ensure the effectiveness of the educational process and contribute to the formation of competencies of pedagogical personnel capable of working with different categories of adult students. Attention is paid to innovative strategies that are focused on the development of critical thinking, the ability to self-education and the use of digital technologies in adult education. The role of interactive methods, project-based learning, case methods and mixed formats that combine face-to-face and distance learning is emphasized. The importance of reflective practices that allow teachers to reflect on their own experience and transform it into professional innovations is emphasized. A generalized model of methodological guidelines for the use of innovative strategies for training teachers in postgraduate education is proposed, which can be used to develop new educational programs for improving the qualifications of teachers in postgraduate education institutions, as an analytical tool for assessing the effectiveness of existing educational programs and forming recommendations for their renewal. The article outlines the prospects for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education in Ukraine, in particular the need to create flexible programs adapted to the needs of different groups of adult students. The article offers a systemic vision of teacher training in the field of adult education, where the combination of modern methodological approaches with innovative strategies is a key factor in the modernization of postgraduate education and ensuring its compliance with modern social and professional challenges.
