Abstract
The fundamental transformations of world civilization and their impact on the vocational education system are analyzed. The dialectical transition from the Industry 4.0 paradigm to the human-centric concept of Industry 5.0, based on the principles of sustainability, environmental friendliness and resilience, is studied. Particular attention is paid to digitalization, the introduction of artificial intelligence, VR/AR simulations and the formation of hybrid intelligence. The strategic challenges for Ukraine under martial law are highlighted: overcoming the demographic crisis, veterans' reintegration, gender adaptation of professions and the "green" transition. The key provisions of the vocational education reform of 2025 are revealed, in particular, the institutional autonomy of institutions, the introduction of a student employment contract and the creation of Centers for Professional Excellence. The role of scientific and methodological support in the development of a flexible scientific and educational ecosystem for post-war reconstruction and ensuring the competitiveness of national human capital is substantiated.
