Abstract

The article substantiates the institutional and pedagogical mechanisms for quality assurance in the training of construction technicians in further education colleges in England and determines their relevance for Ukraine. It demonstrates that the effectiveness of the model is ensured through the integration of professional standards, external evaluation of education providers, employer engagement, and practice-oriented assessment of learning outcomes. It is argued that the European vector of vocational education development in Ukraine requires not a formal transfer but an adaptive implementation of quality assurance instruments, taking into account national institutional conditions. The study also identifies key directions for improving the training of construction technicians in Ukraine based on both British and Ukrainian scholarly contributions.
