Abstract

The article summarizes the key organizational and content-related characteristics of construction technician training in further education colleges in England and identifies their European integration potential for vocational education in Ukraine. Particular attention is given to the competence-based modular structure of programmes, practice-oriented learning, and partnerships between colleges and employers. The study substantiates the feasibility of implementing selected elements of the English model into the vocational education system of Ukraine, taking into account labour market needs.
