The essence of digital educational resources as an integrated system of electronic platforms, multimedia content, interactive tools, mobile applications, simulation technologies, artificial intelligence services and cloud environments that ensure the organization, support and optimization of the educational process is substantiated. The practical aspects of implementing digital technologies in blended and distance learning, the use of interactive services, simulators and artificial intelligence technologies to support educational activities are outlined.
