Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the experience of pedagogical partnership between the Office of the State Education Quality Service in Sumy Region, Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko, and the Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. It examines joint educational projects aimed at the professional development of teachers in the context of military challenges. Special emphasis is placed on shaping national identity, civic engagement, and key competences of future educators through the synergy of science and educational practice. The areas of cooperation are highlighted: scientific and methodological, research and innovation, scientific and organizational, educational and outreach, and informational and resource-based. The results of monitoring studies, implementation of pedagogical internships, organization of professional events and contests that contribute to improving education quality are described.
