Abstract

The report highlights the urgent issue of educational partnership among educational institutions, scientific establishments, and public organisations during russia’s war against Ukraine. This partnership must be directed towards preserving cultural and educational heritage and fostering active educational outreach among pupils, students, and future teachers to promote the valuable experiences of figures in education, science, and culture, as well as disseminating best cultural, artistic, and Ukrainian studies practices. The report presents the experience of the Department of Content and Technologies of Pedagogical Education at the Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine during 2022 – early 2025. The activities have been realised through initiatives such as: launching the series of educational webinars "The Blossom of Ukrainian Pedagogy: Past and Present"; commemorating Taras Shevchenko within the framework of the round table "Civic and Patriotic Ideas of Taras Shevchenko in Ukraine’s Sociocultural Space"; holding the webinar "Native and Multilingual Education in the Context of Sustainable Societal Development" to mark UNESCO's International Mother Language Day; and organising the round table "Ukrainian Blossom All Over the World" in cooperation with the Ukrainian diaspora. It is demonstrated that pedagogical partnership promotes the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at realising the national identity strategy, updating educational content based on nation-building priorities, and drawing on cultural-historical, artistic, and historical-pedagogical heritage. Such partnership stands as a significant factor in strengthening the values of culture, pedagogy, education, and science within the Ukrainian educational and scientific space.
