Abstract
The collection contains the proceedings of the 18th International Scientific and Practical Conference on Organizational and Economic Psychology, “Psychological Support for Health and Well-Being in Times of War: Integration at the Levels of Society, Organization, and Individual” (April 16–17, 2026). The conference was organized by the Ukrainian Association of Organizational Psychologists and Work Psychologists and hosted by the Institute for Social and Political Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, in cooperation with the H. S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the O. M. Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, and the Scientific and Practical Medical Rehabilitation and Diagnostic Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The proceedings highlight current issues in the study of psychological mechanisms of adaptation and recovery of human potential, the development of resilience, the strengthening of organizational sustainability, and the implementation of psychological support systems in educational, healthcare, social, and professional settings. Particular attention is paid to the integration of psychological well-being into organizational culture as a means of achieving systemic organizational resilience and enhancing organizations’ capacity to maintain and restore employees’ health, well-being, and effectiveness during prolonged crises. The publication is intended for undergraduate and graduate students, doctoral candidates, university lecturers and researchers, practicing psychologists, social service professionals, healthcare workers, and a wide audience interested in promoting psychological health and well-being under conditions of crisis and uncertainty.
