Abstract
The article examines the application of artificial intelligence technologies in the professional training of specialists for the road transport sector. The role of learning data analytics and automated assessment in enhancing the objectivity of monitoring the formation of professional competencies and in the timely identification of challenges in this process is analyzed. It is demonstrated how intelligent training systems, simulators, and adaptive educational platforms contribute to the development of practical skills and the formation of individualized professional development pathways. Emphasis is placed on the importance of systems-based technical thinking, competence in technical diagnostics, and safety competence in the training of specialists. It is established that the effectiveness of AI-based tools depends on the level of teachers’ digital competence, the effectiveness of pedagogical integration of technologies, and adherence to ethical principles. The prospects for further research are outlined, focusing on the development of adaptive educational environments and the improvement of methodologies for integrating AI into practical training.
