Abstract

The "Build Back Better" concept is a key principle of Ukraine's recovery, which involves not just repairing the destroyed infrastructure, but creating a qualitatively new environment based on modern standards. This concept is grounded in the core principles of sustainable construction and sets forth a range of requirements for the training of construction industry professionals in Ukraine.A detailed overview of educational needs, categorized by key competencies in the training of construction workers, has been conducted, and opportunities for their implementation for sustainable development and the post-war recovery of Ukraine have been proposed.
