Abstract

The author explores the essence of scientific and analytical support as a key mechanism for ensuring the main clusters of digital transformation in open technology education. The role of a data-driven approach, educational analytics, and the capabilities of digital platforms in improving the quality of educational process management is identified. The structural components of scientific and analytical support are outlined, including information and analytical resources, big data processing methods appropriate to current realities, and adaptive tools for monitoring and forecasting the development of open educational systems.
