Abstract

The author substantiates the role of the library’s scientific and information infrastructure as the foundation for creating information and analytical open education hubs. An approach is presented for developing a hub on the Microsoft Teams platform as a unified digital environment for the integration of library resources, expert collaboration and analytical services (in particular, Power BI). The proposed model is focused on interoperability, evidence-based support for managerial and educational decisions, and sustainable knowledge management in accordance with open science approaches and FAIR principles.
