Abstract

The thesis examines the experience of leading countries in the development of mobile learning within general secondary education systems. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of mobile technologies in the educational process, national digitalization strategies, and approaches to ensuring students' access to digital educational resources. The main trends in the development of mobile learning are identified, and the prospects for applying international experience to improve educational practices are outlined.
