Abstract

The collection of materials presents scientific and practical materials that highlight the experience and best practices of using digital technologies and artificial intelligence in educational institutions of Ukraine and abroad, prepared in the framework of the III International Conference “Digital Competence of Teacher 2026: AI-based Learning Strategies” (31 March 2026). It outlines issues related to the digital transformation of education, the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence, overcoming challenges in the educational process, and ensuring a safe digital environment. The collection presents practical approaches to developing teachers’ digital and AI competence, using generative artificial intelligence, digital educational resources, game-based technologies, mobile learning, and automation tools. It also highlights theoretical approaches and practical developments regarding the use of digital technologies in general secondary, vocational, higher, inclusive, and adult education, as well as in teacher professional development. These materials are intended for educational policymakers, teachers, researchers, administrators, lecturers, doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, students, and the broader pedagogical community.
