Abstract
The transformation of the role of the teacher in the context of the digital revolution is studied and the key opportunities for using artificial intelligence for his professional development are analyzed. The advantages of automating routine methodological processes, personalizing teacher training, and using neural networks as interactive methodological assistants are highlighted in detail. Special attention is paid to systemic challenges, in particular ethical dilemmas, psychological resistance to change, and the risks of generating unreliable educational content. The conclusions suggest strategies for adapting the teacher through the development of AI literacy and soft skills that ensure a balance between technological efficiency and humanity in the educational process.
