Abstract
This article examines the specific features of visualizing educational quality monitoring results in general secondary education through contemporary electronic systems. The author provides a detailed comparative analysis of the functional capabilities of EvaluEd, a specialized Ukrainian state system, alongside leading universal BI platforms, namely Microsoft Power BI and Tableau. The study explores the practical nuances of their implementation, ranging from the automation of national institutional audits to the creation of customized interactive dashboards, radar charts, and sophisticated predictive models. Furthermore, it determines the mathematical impact of input data quality on the reliability of managerial decisions, while highlighting the role of artificial intelligence in modern analytics. The findings demonstrate that the deployment of predictive monitoring substantially enhances the overall quality of the educational process and optimizes the allocation of institutional resources. Future research prospects are identified in the integration of artificial intelligence and natural language queries to automate data-driven insights.
