Abstract

The article is devoted to the presentation of the implementation of the results of the applied research «Methodology of using information and digital technologies to evaluate the effectiveness of pedagogical research» for 2021-2023 (State Research Project No. 0121U107615), which was carried out at the Institute for Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine by the staff of the Department of Open Educational and Scientific Information Systems. The research tasks are presented, and the results obtained are summarized. The implementation of the research results is presented through publication, dissemination, and use by the Electronic Library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and the international search and scientometric system Google Scholar (Google Academy). The practical usefulness of implementing the results of the scientific research lies in increasing the competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in the use of information and digital technologies for evaluating scientific and pedagogical research. A mathematical apparatus for evaluating collective pedagogical research has been developed. The research work contributes to the improvement of the process of professional development, the development of recommendations for the retraining of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, as well as the improvement of the efficiency of the organization and conduct of scientific research in higher education institutions and scientific institutions. The recommendations developed for the implementation of the research results include practical aspects of the application of new information and digital technologies in postgraduate pedagogical education. The results of the research can serve as a basis for the development of training programs in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The final results can also be used to: provide open access to the results of scientific research, accelerate the research cycle and the process of citing publications and promote Ukraine's integration into a single global information and educational space.
