Abstract

The article explores the features of the use of energy- efficient technologies by future skilled workers in the construction industry amid the transition to the Construction 4.0 paradigm and post-war economic recovery. Key qualification gaps are analyzed, including the fragmentation of energy-efficiency competencies. The necessity of implementing energy-efficiency peagogical technologies (EEPT), case-based learning, BIM technologies, and immersive learning tools (VR/AR/XR) is substantiated. The article examines managerial models for integrating dual education, the creation of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs), the use of micro-credentials for smart buildings, and the ecological aspects of using sustainable materials to enhance workforce competitiveness.
