Abstract
This paper analyses the concept of cross-border learning as a key direction in the transformation of modern secondary education and the development of educational mobility. The evolution of the educational mobility concept, its main forms, and the role of digital technologies in ensuring the continuity of learning across different educational environments are explored. The essence of cross-border learning as an educational model that enables the acquisition of education regardless of the geographical location of learners and educational institutions is defined. It is argued that the introduction of deterritorialised learning models contributes to the formation of a flexible, open and sustainable educational system capable of responding effectively to the challenges of globalisation, migration processes and the digital transformation of education.
