Abstract

This paper examines the phenomenon of stress resilience as a personal and professional resource for practising psychologists and psychotherapists. Attention is paid to such components of stress resilience among psychological support specialists as stress tolerance and personal maturity, which to a large extent ensure the resilience of specialists when dealing with the emotionally complex needs of Ukrainians in the crisis conditions of war, and prevent burnout among specialists. The conditions for the development of stress resilience have been identified, focusing on supporting the mental health of practising psychologists and psychotherapists, as well as their capacity for self-recovery and personal and professional development.
