Abstract
The dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences in the specialty 13.00.10 “Information and Communication Technologies in Education.” – Institute of Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. – Kyiv, 2026. The dissertation is a generalised theoretical and methodological study of the design and use of digital educational resources (DER) for the economic and management training of future masters in information technology. The study examines the current state of digital technology implementation in the educational process of general secondary education institutions in Ukraine; conducts a bibliometric analysis of the research topic; analyses theoretical and practical approaches to the design and use of DER in contemporary domestic scientific literature; It examines foreign experience in the use of digital educational resources for the economic and managerial training of future IT masters. It provides the study's terminology and conceptual framework and conducts a comparative analysis of several countries regarding the specifics of training future IT specialists. the economic and management training of future IT masters in higher education institutions of Ukraine is analysed; personal finance is considered as an element of economic and management training of future IT masters; an overview of existing digital educational resources for economic and management training of future IT masters is provided, and their classification is given; Requirements for digital educational resources for economic and management training of future IT masters are identified; a procedure for designing digital educational resources for economic and management training of future IT masters, a structural and functional model of a personal finance simulator, and a generalised model of a multi-functional educational complex are proposed and justified; A model for using DER for economic and managerial training of future IT masters is presented. A procedure for selecting DER for economic and managerial training of future IT masters is proposed and generalised. a methodological system for using digital educational resources for economic and management training of future IT masters, as well as separate methods for using digital business simulators in economic and management training of future IT masters, using MOOC in SPOC format "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurial Finance: What Every Entrepreneur Should Know" in the economic and managerial training of future IT masters, the use of the author's personal finance simulator in the economic and managerial training of future IT masters, and the possibilities of using certain types of digital educational resources in the economic and managerial training of future IT masters are presented. Statistical analysis of the results confirmed the effectiveness of the author's methodological system. The study's results have been implemented in the educational process at six domestic higher education institutions.
