Abstract

In the context of the rapid digitalization of society, the creation of specialized educational and research environments is currently essential for fostering an innovative culture among young people and supporting their creative initiatives. Engaging learners in working with digital technologies and future innovations enables students and young researchers to develop technical thinking, acquire modern professional competencies, and prepare for contemporary challenges. Interdisciplinary approaches and an emphasis on sustainable development technologies cultivate systems thinking, teamwork skills, and environmental responsibility for the outcomes of professional activities in future specialists. Ultimately, such initiatives ensure the effective integration of education, science, and practice, creating a unified environment for conscious professional self-determination and successful self-realization of the younger generation.
