Abstract
The article presents a theoretical and pedagogical analysis of artificial intelligence in the development of professional culture of a manager in the postal and logistics sector enterprise within the context of digital transformation of the industry. The author substantiates an original conceptual approach to understanding professional culture as an integrative personal and professional construct that combines value-motivational, cognitive, and activity-based components and determines a manager’s ability to operate effectively in an intelligent and technology-driven management environment. Based on the analysis of domestic and international scholarly sources, the pedagogical potential of artificial intelligence technologies in shaping the structural components of future managers’ professional culture is clarified. It is demonstrated that intelligent learning systems, data-driven analytical platforms, and digital simulations of managerial processes significantly contribute to the personalization of learning, strengthening of professional motivation, development of systemic and critical thinking, and acquisition of practical experience in managerial decision-making under conditions of uncertainty, risk, and complexity. Particular attention is devoted to the ethical and value-based dimension of artificial intelligence implementation, which emphasizes the necessity of forming professional responsibility, digital ethics awareness, and customer-oriented thinking among future management personnel. The study identifies specific features of managerial training in postal and logistics enterprises associated with the implementation of automated logistics systems, digital service platforms, and advanced data analytics. The article outlines promising directions for integrating artificial intelligence into the educational process, including adaptive learning trajectories, intelligent simulations of managerial situations, and analytical tools for enhancing reflection and self-management skills. The practical significance lies in improving the design of educational programs and enhancing the quality of management training in the postal and logistics sector.
