Abstract

The theses highlight the key challenges and requirements for the professional activity of a higher education teacher in the context of the digital transformation of society. The importance of digital competencies, soft skills, artificial intelligence literacy, and the use of digital educational platforms for ensuring the quality of higher education is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the role of the teacher as a digital leader, facilitator, and mentor capable of developing students’ critical thinking, academic integrity, and digital culture.
