Abstract

This study develops a concept for an information and analytical hub within the digital research space of open education, serving as an integrative platform for the collection, processing, analysis, and management of research data, as well as for its management. This paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of information and analytical systems in the context of the digital transformation of education. It identifies the structural components of the hub at the informational, analytical, communicational, and managerial levels. Furthermore, a structural conceptual model for the creation and operation of the information and analytical hub of the V. Suhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine as a component of an open digital scientific and educational ecosystem is proposed. Emphasis is placed on its role in supporting educational analytics, ensuring access to digital educational resources, and facilitating decision-making regarding research data management. The paper concludes that the implementation of such an information and analytical hub will contribute to improving the management quality of educational and research processes, developing open digital educational resources, and establishing a digital educational infrastructure based on the principles of open science.
