Abstract

The article theoretically substantiates interactive strategies as key determinants for restoring the civic agency of youth in de-occupied communities during times of strategic uncertainty. The study's relevance stems from the necessity to overcome states of liminality and identity diffusion resulting from the experience of occupation and the existential rift between the values of peace and war. Emphasis is placed on a paradigm shift from passive information consumption to "open-access civic identity" based on the subjectification of unique resistance experiences. The technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) framework, adapted to the tasks of social psychology, serves as the methodological foundation of the work. Central attention is to the use of neural network chatbots as an interactive resource that implements the methodology of "digital maieutics." Drawing on contemporary research findings, it is substantiated that AI should function as an intellectual moderator of Socratic dialogue, which, through a system of questioning, prompts individuals to independently articulate their value orientations. This approach facilitates the formation of a critical distance from algorithmically generated narratives, thereby preventing technological conformism. The study details three original strategies of interactive influence: deconstruction (analyzing myths of occupation), dialogic partnership (deliberative interaction), and reflective future projection. It is concluded that the synthesis of neural network technologies with classical philosophical approaches ensures the transformation of youth from objects of external pressure into proactive subjects of the Ukrainian state, capable of cognitive resistance to manipulations in the global digital space.
