Abstract
The analytical note highlights the results of the analysis of the current state of blended learning in higher pedagogical education institutions in Ukraine in wartime; a diagnosis of the level of readiness of teachers of pedagogical higher education institutions (using the example of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University) for the organization of blended learning in wartime was carried out; the key destructive consequences of the war for higher pedagogical education were identified. The theoretical and analytical component of the analytical note was carried out within the framework of the project (2022.01/0098) “Maximizing the efficiency of blended learning resources in higher pedagogical education institutions in wartime and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine” with grant support from the National Research Foundation of Ukraine.
