Abstract
Recently, the number of psycho-speech disorders in children has significantly increased, one of which is delayed speech development. Manifesting at an early age and remaining without targeted medication and psychological and pedagogical intervention, SMR degenerates into more complex forms of speech dysontogenesis. That is why it is so important to understand the causes of SMR in children, the possible consequences of this disorder and ways to overcome it. We have described socio-pedagogical, psychological and, in more detail, leading, biological factors of SMR. The pathological influence on the formation of speech functions of perinatal CNS lesions, such as: cerebral hypoxic-ischemic, hypoxic-hemorrhagic, birth injuries of the central nervous system, CNS infections, systemic dysmetabolic, toxic-metabolic disorders, has been specified. It is noted that the mechanisms of neuroontogenesis allow us to trace the coding of proteins of a number of genes and to clarify their significance for the development of children's speech. The complex action of these factors significantly complicates logopsychodiagnostics, the search for effective compensation strategies, therefore, it is appropriate to use the logopsychosynergetic approach (Ribtsun, 2021) to work with young children with SMR. For the first time, speech therapy massage is considered as a means of harmonizing the emotional and speech development of children with SMR, because emotions play a significant role in ensuring the mental well-being of a child of any age, especially early ones. The difficulty of reflecting a baby's own emotions is associated not only with the practical absence of speech, but also with the inability to independently reproduce by imitation certain facial movements of an adult, which requires corrective intervention in the form of using the basic techniques of speech therapy massage, in particular, stroking, rubbing, kneading, sliding and vibration. We have proven the effectiveness of combining emotional-speech and sensory-cognitive development, and proposed the use of multi-level support structures (Ribtsun, 2026) to create a favorable, accessible, safe, developmental, communicatively oriented environment.
