Abstract
The author reveals the relevance of introducing "green" competencies into the process of training construction industry specialists in the context of the global transition to sustainable development and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The legislative framework of Ukraine regulating energy efficiency, environmental safety and vocational education in the context of European integration is analyzed. Attention is paid to the characteristics of the European GreenComp framework, which covers four groups of competencies. The main directions of GreenComp integration into the vocational education system are identified, in particular through updating professional standards, modernization of educational programs and the introduction of innovative teaching methods (trainings, workshops, project activities) to form the ecological thinking of future skilled workers.
