Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive scientific-theoretical and applied analysis of the problem of strategic planning and management of military-patriotic education of education seekers in the context of the digital transformation of the educational space. The relevance of the study is determined by contemporary security challenges, hybrid threats, and the need to update the content, forms, and methods of military-patriotic education in accordance with digital realities and national strategic documents. The influence of the digital environment on the formation of value orientations of school and university youth is revealed; information risks, issues of identity fragmentation, and the decline in critical percetion of information are outlined. The managerial, pedagogical, ethical, and legal aspects of the digitalization of military-patriotic education are analyzed, in particular issues of personal data protection, digital security, and respect for human rights. The educational potential of digital transformation is substantiated through the use of educational digital projects, online platforms, simulation environments, multimedia resources, and social campaigns as tools for fostering civic responsibility and defense consciousness. Particular attention is paid to the role of teachers and heads of educational institutions in implementing a digital strategy for military-patriotic education, developing their digital and managerial competence, as well as establishing partnerships with civic and digital institutions. It is proven that the integration of digital tools into the system of military-patriotic education contributes to the activation of independent learning activities of education seekers, increases learning motivation, and promotes the conscious adoption of civic and defense values. The obtained results can be used in the practice of general secondary and higher education institutions for the strategic renewal of the content and technologies of military-patriotic education in the context of the digitalization of education.
