Abstract
The volume includes articles and abstracts of participants of the Scientific and Practical Online Conference of Young Scientists and Students “Scientific Education in Action: Experience, Reflection, and Professional Development,” which address the pathways of a researcher’s professional development through reflection on their own scientific activity under the mentorship of experienced scholars. The range of publications covers: scientific education as a space for professional growth; reflection on practical experience, including the outcomes and prospects of pedagogical and research practice; approbation of dissertation research results; intergenerational dialogue in science as a factor of professional development and academic mentorship; and innovative tools of scientific education, including practical cases and methodologies. The publication is recommended for researchers, administrators and representatives of educational institutions, institutes of postgraduate education, educators at all levels of the education system, psychologists, sociologists, and other specialists. The articles are presented in the authors’ original editions (with preserved style, spelling, and language). The authors of the published materials bear responsibility for the accuracy of the presented facts, quotations, references, and other content.
