Abstract
The article examines the transformation of the vocational education paradigm in the age of artificial intelligence, which necessitates a shift from traditional knowledge control to competency verification. It substantiates changes in the role of education, teachers, and assessment models in the context of digitalization and evolving labor market demands. The study highlights that the key outcome of modern vocational education is the development of adaptive, critically thinking professionals capable of effectively interacting with technologies and operating under conditions of uncertainty.
